The focus of this "Exciting Information Dump" is to compare other sources of "Anti-Inflammatory" options and their signature active ingredients. My favorite is Curcumin, the active ingredient in Tumeric, that been around for many years (maybe thousands) and well known for its "medicinal" effects. The challenge for Curcumin is a very low Bioavailability. The research shows that it is hard to get such a large molecule through the Liver filter and into the blood stream for distribution throughout the body utilizing Nrf2 and Nrf2 Pathways (2%), especially compared to Sulforaphane at 75%.
